The Colwell Activity Grant program provides grants for sports, fine arts, camps, and similarly extracurricular activities to eligible DE Guard Kids ages 3-13. The grants are up to $300 per eligible child to pay for extracurricular activities, funding permitted. These grants can be used to pay for a wide range of extracurricular activities, including sports teams, music lessons, and summer camp. The Camp Colwell Activity Grant program is made possible by the generosity of our Foundation’s donors and fundraising events. 

All children need comfort, stability and fun to thrive – especially those who have a Guard parent who may be absent at times from important events, due to military service. We understand families are financially stretched and also may not be able to afford the fees for sports and extracurricular activities.

We want our Guard Kids to pursue their passions!!
